This is the best experience we’ve ever had, both with the host and the property! The house is beautiful. The pictures online do not do it justice! The beds are super comfy. There were plenty of snacks and almost every amenity you could think of. Everything was super clean. The host was very quick to respond and was super accommodating to all of our requests! Will definitely be staying here again!!

This is a great place to stay no matter what brings you to town! It's a great location, very spacious with so much to do. And has everything you need and more. The host is fantastic, with great communication and genuinely cares to be sure you enjoy the home. I recommend this rental with confidence that you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Wonderful.

Quiet. Walk to Mothers pub. Walk to pizza. Owner had many extra items for us.. snacks, milk, cream, fruit. By far the best VRBO as far as owner going over the top!

Fantastic gem close to ISU

This property had it all! Clean, comfortable, lots of space to hang out as a family playing games and spending time together. Gina was the most generous host leaving special treats and lots of items to make our stay comfortable … more than at any property I’ve been to.

A group of women stayed together for Mom‘s weekend at their son’s fraternity. Plenty of beds, showers, mirrors, and extra amenities the host left for us, made it an awesome weekend.

Trip to Seven Oaks Ski

Our family had a great time at Seven Oaks then going back to to the VRBO, which has great amenities!! The grandkids lived the air hockey!! Would highly recommend

Annual Basketball trip

Gina’s place was everything we asked for and more. The game room was awesome kids and grandkids really enjoyed themselves. We all enjoyed all the little extras Gina supplied. We will definitely check to see if her property is available the next time we head to Ames.

This VRBO ranks at the top for owner communication, hospitality and extra amenities!We were so pleased with our rental. Great communication. The owner has clearly traveled and thought of all the extras to provide renters. Great stay in Ames!

We booked this property for an extended holiday/football weekend, and it worked out perfectly. The property manager, Gina was great with communications, and preparing the property to our needs with a toddler. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities, food, snacks and toiletries that were stocked in the kitchen and throughout the home. The home was clean, well decorated and thought out. The games in the basement were a big hit with everyone. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

Everything was PERFECT!

My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long. And this 80s baby never left the arcade table playing all of my favorite games. My family road trips all over the US and have stayed at many VRBOs and I can tell you that Gina is a top-notch host! We were greeted with treats from the bakery. She already had basic essentials in the fridge and milk. As well as fresh fruit, small boxes of cereal, chips/cookies and every variety of coffee and tea you could imagine. I have never had a host be so accommodating. It was a pleasure, and we cannot wait to return. We have 5 years ahead of us as she is going through a Master's program. :-)

Great House and Location

We were visiting for Iowa State's Family Weekend and the house was perfect. Plenty of space, close to campus and the downstairs game room and 75" TV was a hit. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Family forever!

House and property was perfect for our family get together for the 1st ISU football game. The yard and fire pit was also the perfect place for the family to gather each evening to share their stories. The beds were very comfortable and the games in the basement entertained the jr high grandkids. Bathrooms were very clean and plenty of kitchen items to feed and serve everyone. Great stay!
