  • The Apartment has been extensively remodeled with luxurious decor and modern high-end amenities to create 4 completely private designer guest suites that are one-of-a-kind, filled with high end furnishings and designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Our guest suite was professionally designed and purposely built for short or long term stays with all the amenities needed for your comfort.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful baths and comfortable beds. Host responded within 24 hours. Needs some minor maintenance repairs, deep cleaning and it would be beautiful. No table to seat 4 people together.

Clean and spacious

Perfect stay for a family. I would like to note that there are stairs to get in and then stairs back down to the bedrooms which is fine if stairs are not a problem for anyone.

Lovely and very comfortable stay. Lots of ameneties. Really appreciated the fireplace and tub. Bed was extremely comfortable and bedrooms were quiet and dark. Close to lots of great places to eat and very convenient.

Anchorage Stay

Very nice and updated property. Comfortable beds and quite near Seaward highway. We stayed for a couple of days and enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice Anchorage stay

Very pleasant accommodations as well as convenient location. Was able to access wildlife on a trail less than 5 minutes away which was amazing. Very nice stay, great communication, would definitely consider in the future!

Great stay

Enjoyed entire stay. It was hotter than usual that week in Alaska so the upstairs was a bit warm but very lovely

Cozy Retreat

This was a wonderful retreat during our Alaska stay. After a couple days of sight saying it was a real respite. We cooked in the apartment and chilled a couple evenings. Check-in and check out couldn't be easier.

Great place!

This unit was immaculately clean, had great amenities. Very spacious and just an enjoyable place to stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and nice to deal with. Hope to stay here again on our annual Alaska trip.

Enjoyed My Stay

Stayed here a month & hated to leave. Nice big kitchen. Love the family room. The master bedroom is really nice. Huge walk-in closet & a comfortable king bed. I would stay there again.

Kitchen was complete with pots, pans, cookingutensils, toaster, plates, cups, silverware, can opener, coffee pot and coffee. Refrigerator could not make ice, temperature panel on exterior or door was inoperable and freezer temp could not be adjusted...ice cream would not stay frozen...it was soft and slushy. Communication with Agent was usually delayed, I waited several hours to days for redone to questions Linens were fresh and clean and abundant. There is no airconditioning in the unit, up or down. 2 oscillating fans available in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. No fans for the main floor sitting area or kitchen. A great add would be a ceiling fan in the great room to allow the air to be moving...even with outdoor temps in the low, mid 50s, the upstairs area was well above 78° in the afternoon and evening. Lights. Not all the interior lights functioned. The 2 recessed halogen lights in the great room did not work. Even more troubling, were the 2 halogen lights in the downstairs bathroom did not work...one was over the sink. Made it very dark over the sink. Washer and dryer worked well. Previous renters failed to empty the dryer lint trap so we did after each use.(This should be a checkut reminder item.) Dishwasher worked well...we used it once. Heated tile bath floor downstairs was a bonus. Owner should consider adding a vertical safety grab bar for exiting the bathtub. We did not use the fireplace, TV or sound system.

Anchorage Wedding

Inside of property is very nice and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the lock. The outside of the house and the neighborhood gave me some pause but we had a nice stay.
