i liked that the Wifi did not drop out, the cleaners would video tape themselves cleaning the rooms which is good for security purposes. the indoor pool looked very nice. My only concern which is in no way a fault on the Hotels end was that the street locals would try petty theft tactics

I would like to say that the staff was the friendliest of the hotels that i have stayed in the entire country. The hotel was undergoing some improvements that made rating it any higher a bit improbable. I think a higher rating scale would improve the ratings by me. At any rate my overall rating would be about 4.3 or 4.4.

Good one.
Was a great stay Rio and Ed where very helpful. The room was clean. Parking was a bit problematic as they are limited. Hotel is right infront of the road so not much parking spot. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

It is roomy and well laid out but the lights and air conditioning units were not working well. Superior services of the staff to name a few: Roze, Sandra, Mike, Eds, Lorna and Joel. The breakfast food is so greasy but the attendant is quick and respectful.

I love the staff so friendly and they know me by name. If I needed anything they were there. They kept my room clean, fresh towels. I will come here again. The prices was good when I booked the room. If any of my friends decide to come to the Philippines In Angeles city I definitely will recommend this hotel to them. Also I think every staff member should be rewarded from morning to evening shifts. If any person that stayed here and gave a bad review they’re are lying!! Once again this place is awesome!!!

A very comfortable stay in spacious, modern and clean rooms. Comfortable bed, good shower and decent wifi. The gem of the stay was the staff, always friendly and helpful even going out of their way to help with a few things I needed to do.

I feel the staff could have been better utilized. During my stay there seemed to be idle staff members congregating around the facility with very little guidance from management. It began to get ackward swimming in the pool while eight staff members are either staring at you fron the balcony or the kitchen area. Also the staff members who work by the bar and kitchen should receive additional training on proper hygene practices. While I was eating my meal I witnessed one of the staff popping their pimples while looking at his reflection in the mirror by the bar. It was quite unappetizing.

The accommodations were satisfactory and quite comfortable. Close to the main road and the entertainment venues. Decent restaurant. No hot water in the shower or sinks though and the internet seemed sketchy but that may be partly my laptop. They will ask for a $2000 peso deposit on check in. Breakfast is extra. Otherwise I would recommend.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! So much so that we were so close to extending another night. The staff were friendly, always ready to help and the room was flawless. Love the bed and pillows! And the little Covid amenity kit that had (face mask, alcohol spray, wipes) They even had slippers ! Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!

Staff is very helpful and professional. They trruly care about your stay at this fine hotel. This is an excellant hotel. A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5 star. Excellent rooms and modern. A modern well equiped room that was clean and large. The down side is the swimming pool is inside the hotel in a central open area so all the noise from the pool goes into the rooms. There is also a bar that had a band one night and a place to eat by the pool so it does get noisy at times. Come 10pm it is quiet but the pool does open early in the morning so no need for an alarm call. Just a short walk to the centre andeay to get to most places. The hotle staff were very helpful at all times. I would stay there again but the noise is a concern.

The property was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the shower drain needs to be rooted out, water is slow in draining. I complained but was never done!

So much noise. Guess this is standard over there but doors slamming the street noise the karaoke etc Bed was soft by Asian standards and there were a lot plugs and refrigerator

Not a bad location but not the best, a little bit further from the action than i wanted. Nice clean fairly new hotel. Staff weren't very helpful when i wanted to amend my booking, the room i had (409) was right next to the water services, so every few minutes all night i had a water pump cutting in and out which distubed me somewhat. Had no hot water to shower with in the morning. But will probably give them another chance in the future.

Great location. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed for 16 nights in deluxe king room 303 which was lovely, modern and quiet. Our only negative feedback, was the toilet had to be unblocked 5 times by maintenance staff over the stay, which is a pity for such a new hotel. Otherwise overall excellent value for money and would gladly stay again.
