Just like home
Stayed in this property for 2 nights on a quick family trip to Annapolis for the Military Bowl. This was a very comfortable historic rowhouse near the Naval Academy and the Annapolis downtown. Our family of 4 with 2 college age teens all had plenty of room to be comfortable, and spread out. the surrounding neighborhood was very walkable and safe,.

Great Place
John's place worked out perfectly for our quick trip to Annapolis for I-Day. The house was perfect for our 4 person family and had everything we needed. The cute backyard was a bonus and provided a nice place for us to relax in the evening. John was wonderful at communicating and was even able to secure parking in front of the house...a huge benefit if you've ever tried to find parking in Annapolis. Certainly plan to stay here again!

Mike has an amazing space that is easily walkable for events at the Academy. We went for my son's wedding and the spot was perfect for our needs. Mike was responsive before the trip and during to all our needs. There was even coffee and wine waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely return!

Delightful stay in the heart of Annapolis
What a delightful stay! Mike was incredibly helpful before and during the stay, answering all my questions and going out of his way to help. The house was perfectly clean, with room for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equippd with everything we need. The garden is beautiful and the location could not be better for a St John's College commencement. We were literally a few doors from the college. Perfect!

Wonderful property, wonderful host!
We stayed at this perfectly located house for a weekend with my husband and two young kiddos. The host was exceptional at communicating with us, including super helpful info regarding the parking situation. The house is adorable, and so clean! We had everything we needed, from coffee waiting to brewed to delightfully soft towels. We all slept so well, and after the kids went to bed at night my husband I could sit on the big front porch (where we befriended the next door neighbor) or relax in the surprisingly deep bricked back garden. We could hear the national anthem playing each morning and church bells (but not too loud) all the time. Overall a really great experience in a wonderful little city!

We really enjoyed the home. Location was perfect ! Was able to park car for entire weekend and walk to town / dinner and all over. Great home for two couples or a family. If we return we would stay here again.

5-Star Property, 6-Star Host!
Having stayed in Annapolis many times, tough to beat this location. Just outside USNA Gate 3, easy/quick walk to almost everything. Also just far enough from the mayhem of city dock area to be quiet. HUGE shout-out to Mike! Best host ever! He was great about staying in touch & being flexible as our flight times changed. Thx again & highly recommend… we will be back!

Amazing house in a great location
What a gem! The house is an ode to its historical neighborhood and proximity to the Naval Academy. From a smooth check in process to a charming stay, I would recommend this to anyone. Mike provided great instructions on parking options since there's only street parking. You can't beat it's location with everything in walking distance.

Wonderful visit to Quaint Annapolis
We had a wonderful graduate school reunion. The house was nice and had all the amenities we could’ve asked for. It was within close Walking distance of all the restaurants, meeting downtown, and the Naval Academy, which was perfect.

Wonderful Annapolis Location
My friends and I enjoyed staying here. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and there were cute shops and cafes nearby. We followed parking directions and had no issues using the free city garage for the weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great!

Excellent Ladies Getaway
From the time we chose this property, through the time we were staying there, this rental was excellent in all ways. The location is great. We parked our car in the local parking garage after we unloaded, and never drove again until it was time to depart. Everything is in walking distance and we really enjoyed being at the house for downtime, morning coffee on the back patio and cocktails on the front porch. We cannot wait to come back again.

Great place in Annapolis
This home is just as advertised! The main living area provided comfortable seating for 6 adults to visit. The beds were comfortable. We only stayed 2-nights, so we did not cook. This home is conveniently located a short walk to downtown. Just up the street is a great coffee spot and an Irish restaurant. We hope to return for a longer stay and enjoy more of the outdoor area.

Fantastic property - well kept older home but with all of the modern upgrades and necessities. Communication and check-in was easy. Best part was location - walking distance to restaurants, activities and the Naval Academy. Only minor issue was that the young neighbors next door threw a very loud party all night the first night.

The owner communicated with us in a professional and timely manner. He was very helpful in providing parking information for the neighborhood. This was a very comfortable house for a family of four and was conveniently located to the areas of Annapolis that we were visiting. We would definitely stay here when we return to Annapolis!

Lovely home in a great location
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is very cute and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is a little small but we were able to find everything we needed for meals. Very walkable to everything. The only downside is the walls are quite thin, so be aware if you are a light sleeper or your crew is loud. Overall, would certainly recommend!

Made me miss Annapolis.
The owner communicated the check-in process clearly and what needed to be done before leaving the property. The house had a very old time feel which fits the area very well. We went for walks everyday down to Main Street to get coffee, eat and have drinks. Parking wasn't hard to find in the area. I would stay here again.

From check in to check out this property was perfect. It is in the heart of Annapolis and yet secluded enough to feel away from it all. The back yard was perfect for afternoon cocktail hour and in the shadow of the USNA chapel dome. The house was spotless and easy to find everyday items like coffee filters and condiments. We walked downtown and to Sunday services in less than 15 minutes, We never moved our vehicles either day, there was no need. The visitor entrance was at the end of the street and we took a very informal self guided tour.

2C Parents weekend, post-covid
I booked this property 6 months in advance of 2C weekend sight unseen. I communicated in advance that I hoped to have a small gathering of my mids friends & their parents in the backyard and the owner was supportive as we discussed the limits. When I arrived, the place was even prettier than pictures! Our parents DBIDS card allows us to go through the turnstile at Gate 3 via swiping even when the gate is closed to visitors, and this proximity was a HUGE bonus. The Friday evening gathering was perfect — I had Moes Southwest deliver catering. The neighbors on either side of this rental were SUPER nice!! We had a small plumbing issue and the owner was very responsive and kind. We did not rent a car. Walked to the game on Saturday about one mile— a 20 min walk. It was a super great weekend with a fabulous house. I can’t wait to book this property again!!
