I booked last minute to go away for a short break and my stay at Azuu hotel turned out to be the best experience ever. I arrived and my room was upgraded to a suite room with a jacuzzi in the Azuu Bohem across the new hotel building. Hassan was great and all the reception staff were always willing to help. I would like to thank all of them for making me feel welcome as I was on my own. My entire stay in Antalya was magical and I have some great memories at this hotel, which I will cherish forever now and wish to return again soon. The location of the hotel is perfect and convenient. I visited Terra city mall , old town Antalya and kundu bazaar market. Duden park which is walking distance from this hotel is a beautiful park with the most stunning waterfall and atmosphere. I really enjoyed the walk in the park and the cafes are fantastic. The breakfast is standard at the hotel, it was included but I only went 2 days of my stay, only because there are far better breakfast options at other places nearby. Overall, Azuu Hotel is a comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff and the location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops. Very happy and I miss it a lot now.

Little but important things....
I dont think it lived up to the pics online. Small things... 3 shampoo bottles, 1 shower gel. None of which were replaced in 3 days. Needed balcony light replacing, not done till next day. Only one glass, when called to ask for another, was brought two more mugs. Only 4 hangers in wardrobe. Nowhere eg chair or table to lay things on. Breakfast was nice.

Great experience, the staff were awesome, food was nice, peacefulness around the building, hygiene awareness, perfect for families and couples alike. Close to lots of attractions, fantastic neighborhood. The Restaurant provides a suitable place for remote office work.

Very good hotel
Very good hotel, staff was very nice and helpful and spoke english very well. The bathroom was much smaller than expected but overall good. We had some minor problems in the room which were fixed immediately. Would totally recomend this hotel for anyone and will be coming back !

This comment is an effort to harm the image of our hotel with this frustration of our guest who demanded the cancellation of the reservation and refund and did not get what they wanted. The guest has arrived at the hotel. He demanded a refund. The guest told us if this request is not met, he would write bad comments on all comment sites repeatedly.As hotel management, we are really so sorry to see that the online agency sites like Expedia are used that way. Le bout de la route
L'hôtel possède 2 bâtiments, une piscine, un bar... Ce n'est pas le genre d'hôtel que je conseillerais à une famille ou à un couple qui voudrait passer de bonnes vacances. Ici on passe juste une nuit pour prendre l'avion très tôt le lendemain. La ville d'Antalya n'a d'ailleurs pas grand chose d'autre à offrir, à part une double culture : Turque et... Russe. Les menus sont traduits en Russe. Il y a moins de personnel qui parle Anglais que Russe dans toutes les boutiques et les restaurants. Vu l'ambiance du lieu, l'hôtel devrait s'appeler : "Le bout de la route", mais hormis la tristesse des personnes qui traînent au bar ou autour de la piscine, la chambre est assez spacieuse : articles de toilette, thé, café, bouilloire, coffre, clim, lit de 160 x 200 cm et comme dans quasiment toute la Turquie une sorte de serviette éponge en guise de drap. Avant cela il faudra monter les étages, à pied, car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, et passer dans les couloirs sombres de chaques étages ou la moquette est en permanence imprégnée de l'odeur du tabac froid. Ah oui, je ne vous l'ai pas dit votre chambre est peut être une chambre fumeur, vous n'avez pas le choix. Petite chose à savoir aussi, la salle d'eau (et donc les toilettes), est complètement vitrée. C'est pratique quand vous souhaitez faire vos besoins en regardant la télé mais pour l'intimité il faudra repasser. Fini le glamour !

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren schmutzig, es fehlten die einmal Badeschuhe im Kühlschrank war nichts außer 1 Flasche Wasser obwohl wir das Zimmer für 2 gebucht haben. Das einzig gute und nette war die Rezeptions Mitarbeiter waren, freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Nurten Hanım, Odalarımızın temizlik bildirimleri mutlaka kontrol edilir. Eksik veya hatalı yapılan işlemler tamamlandıktan sonra odayı misafirlerimize sunarız . Personellerimiz ile yaptığımız görüşme ve incelemelerimiz neticesinde; >Standart Oda rezervasyonunuz ilgili personel insiyatifinde ücretsiz upgrade edilerek Deluxe Oda'ya yükseltilmiştir. >Erken giriş talebinize istinaden 3 Deluxe oda alternatifi içerisinde 102 numaralı oda tarafınızca tercih edilmiştir. >Konaklamanız süresince kullandığınız DND isteğinizden dolayı ne yazık ki günlük temizliğiniz yapılamamıştır. Geri bildiriminizde değindiğiniz olumsuzluklar, ilgili departmanlar tarafından çok hızlı ve o anda aksiyon alınmasını gerektiren sorunlardır. Unser Zimmer hat fürchterlich nach Zigarren oder Pfeife gestunken. Waren froh unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Auch im Flur hat es oft nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Die Angestellten haben zu keiner Zeit eine Maske getragen. Zwar war ein Fernseher im Zimmer, jedoch keine Fernbedienung zu finden, damit keine Funktion möglich. Bedienungsanleitung für Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden, schade. Für ältere oder gehbehinderte ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, da immer alles knapp war oder einiges, wie z.B. Tee, Butter, Kaffee ganz gefehlt hat. Das Badezimmer war tiptop, sauber, immer warmes Wasser und alles funktionsfähig.

Ne yazik ki cezai işlem olarak talep ettiğimiz yüksek meblağlar caydırma niteliğindedir. C-in sırasında otelimiz ve odanız ile ilgili genel bilgilendirme hem sözlü hem de yazılı olarak tarafınıza iletilmiştir. Değerli vaktinizden ayırıp bu deneyimi bizimle paylaştığınız için teşekkür ederim. Bizler misafirlerimizden aldığımız olumlu veya olumsuz geri dönüşler sayesinde kendimizi geliştiriyor ve misafir alışkanlılarını daha iyi tanıma fırsatı buluyoruz. Ancak yorumunuza ait kişi bilgisi olarak yalnızca adınızı görmekteyim. Ağustos ayı içerisinde sizinle aynı ismi taşıyan 8 rezervasyon içerisinde Standart , Deluxe ve Junior Suit satın almış misafirlerimiz var. Bu sebepten sizin için küçük olduğunu düşündüğünüz oda tipini görememekteyiz ancak rezervasyon yapmış olduğunuz platformda belirtilen m2 rakamlar odalarımızın boyutları ile aynıdır.
