“The reception, the face of the hotel, is not friendly. Especially the female employee. The name is unknown due to lack of a name tag, but the female employee who worked at 11:10 a.m. on September 29th. She treated me or made me wait recklessly since the check-in time. Even the guests who came late were guided first. I strongly felt that I was ignored. I advise you to identify who you are and educate yourself again strongly.”
