Room was dirty , specially the floors , handles of the bathroom broken , the manager said when I arrived that He didn’t have my reservation. Next day he didn’t find my keys and said that he had gave it to me He didn’t even remember my room number and he wasn’t very friendly at all

I got Videos and pic’s showing sewer water dripping in my washroom from above. Filthy carpet, rotten smelly room, the receptionist admitted but claimed he can’t do anything because it’s Expedia reservations. Expedia should eliminate this hotel for sure because it’s a bad reputation to Expedia. I booked it because I assumed Expedia won’t promote nasty places.

Nightmare hotel
This place shoild be called nightmare hotel.. its filthy fr the hair in the bed and shower floor to the stains on the varpet both in and out of the room. There is no fridge even though its advertised. No phone in the room to call down to reception desk. The beds are hard as rocks. The doors to all the rooms remain open when not occupied so,we had to check inside the room to make sure no one was in there. The tile celings were moved and open so i had to prop a chain outisde the bathroom door in fear someone may,come through the room from that access point. There are people in and out all hoirs of the night slamming doors and if they are in their rooms you can hear everything. The walls and cellings are paper thin. I could hear person upstairs using the restroom and everything else you can imagine. Wont even stay here for free.

Great property for a fantastic price. Google maps got us there without a problem. On arriving the staff were not only friendly but helpful. Only issue I had was no lift but wasn't a great issue really.

Disappointed.
Very hot(+32)Fridge not working when we arrived,not working when we left.Room not cleaned properly, e.g glass in bathroom coated in dry toothpaste from previous guest.Breakfast area,no air con. fly"s a nuisance, Location good,parking available.Manager was polite but unable to solve our main complaint.

Avoid staying at this hotel
They forced me to pay cash so they can avoid paying the fee to Expedia. I managed to pay by card after half an hour of discussion and resisting of paying cash. They also removed the AC remote control from one my rooms and blamed us for loosing it. They charged us 150 TL for it.

During 5 days staying in our hotel with us, we were providing room service (cleaning) at any time you wanted and as well as a free service of bringing tea and coffee. Not particularly impressed
Checked into hotel late but was not impressed by the lack of welcome on arrival. At breakfast not one of the girls looking after tables came and asked would I like a coffee. Staff need training in hospitality.

NICE SMALL HOTEL
the hotel is nice but they do not turn air conditioning so its always hot even at breakfast time and the building is so old there is no elevator the room is nice and it have air conditioning , bathroom is ok but the stand shower is really small Parking is hard the hotel have four parking spots only and if you come late you are on your own paid parking they close early and not that close to the hotel . Wi-Fi very weak after mid night becomes little stronger The staff will do there best to help and the place is clean

Good but need fine touches
Overall ,the price is good for the room ,the hotel still new and its OK regarding furniture and cleanliness ..location is good to the old city and center for zoo shoping place. ..WiFi was not good and not covered and always interrupted ...no telephone in the room and Room cleaning icuured only on regular no regularly ..overall it’s a good but need some fine touches

Horrible experience
It was very stressful, awful experience that I don’t want to experience again. This place is not a star hotel. No one speak English, the people in reception were rude and aggressive. At one point, we felt so scared that called Ottawa.
