We had 6 adults and could not all have a seat in the living area. Maybe get a love seat to replace one of the chairs? However, we spent most of our time around the table talking and playing games. “We came to Nashville with two other couples to celebrate my husbands 40th. The house was IMMACULATE. It was beautiful and spacious and the upper deck area was great! Host was super easy to chat with and responded very quickly. No major issues for us- our unit did not have Cornhole boards or coolers which were stated in the summary- but again wasn’t a deal breaker. “We came to Nashville to celebrate Christmas and go to ICE at the Gaylord Opryland hotel. The house was perfect for our 3 sons, two wives and 4 grandchildren. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals. The beds were very comfortable and in the bathrooms were shampoo, body wash, etc. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. We really felt at home. The pool looked nice too. We’d love to come again in warmer weather.”

There are some basic items though that we typically expect to find at rental places, lacking here: -Kitchen drying rack -Oven mitts (!) -Broom -Soap dish/rack in showers (!) -Hooks/bar to hang your towel (!) -Games/cards -Would be nice to have some teas, along with the coffee provided (thank you). Otherwise great, just be ready for lots of stairs.”
