Avoid!!
Awful. The one positive is the location, very handy for all the night life of Monistiraki. However, the apartment was freezing cold, dirty and cheaply & poorly equipped. I had a couple of queries so tried to get in touch but a phone call went to voicemail, and 3 emails went unanswered so customer service was non-existent.

Outdated Central location
The instruction to get in were probided thr day before and easy to follow. Location is central and closed to some of the most lively neighborhood of Athens, unfortunately this also makes it really noisy as the entrance only has a fence and the noise in the building carries a lot. You can hear the bar acrros the street all the way to the 2nd floor. You also hear the noise from above and in the staircase. The furnishing is outdated and most of the furniure is old and damaged. The mattress is also old and uncomfortable. The bed is extremely low so not recommended for anyone that has issue getting up or down. The bedroom although clean you can see that it was done really fast lots of dust and dirt in the corners. The bathroom only has a small light over the vanity. The shower head is still broken, and lots of mold on the shower ceiling.

Rude and not helpful local manager
Our stay was ok. The room is old but clean. However, when we run into a problem, the people who manages the hotel was not helpful at all. The problem is that their door is old and the lock could not be opened easily. The trick was to pull the door toward you while turning the key. When we finished our dinner and came back to the hotel, we were unable to open the door. We called the manager and he was kind of rude and was not very helpful. Eventually we figured it out how to open the door, but for a moment we thought we were going to be homeless in Athens for the night.

The good: -Location -Size -Fast internet The bad: -The worst mattress ever -Furtnitures in bad condition -Bathroom in bad condition (missing shower head stand...) and dirty -Air conditioning makes a crazy sound -Warm water: needs to be turned on 30min before using and then turned off -No "concierge", self checkin only it seems -No warm cover for 3rd occupant

You get what you pay for, but great location
The photos make the place look SO MUCH better than it actually was. The best way to describe it overall is: shabby (NOT chic). I'm sure the blankets had been washed, but I found hair stuck to them & that was very off-putting. The shower is very tiny and the curtain sticks to you when you're wet. The towels were so rough, we humorously started calling them "sandpaper" when referring to them. It was loud at night. The location was superb if you plan on walking to the shipping address & local attractions! The beds, as long as you can get past their uninviting appearance, were very comfortable to sleep on. The room was pleasantly cooled with the AC. Communication with the host was splendid. They were very quick to respond to any inquiries. Although the overall appearance of this accommodation was lacking, it was as clean as possible. If I couldn't find anything else in the same price range, I would stay here again... But I would do a very thorough search for something else first.

The property manager tried to reach us via message but we just arrived in Athens, no internet and no SIM card so we did not get the message from the property manager in time. With the help of police men I got to open the gate of the building and open the door. The property is cold when we arrived. You need to turn on the heating by yourself to use the hot water. We felt cold during the night although there's air conditioning installed.

This apartment is so cold, even when you leave the heating on all day! I wouldn’t recommend going in the winter. However, everything else is good and its in a fantastic location - you can walk to all the archeologist sites!

excellent location!...walking distance to everything .....a multitude of bars restaurants, at your footsteps as soon as you walk out the front gate Close to the Acropolis......for shopping there is Ermou st The loft like apt. is very spacious and stylishly decorated....definitely worth the money!!....We definitely would go back there again if ever we take another trip to Greece

It is not a hotel. No reception and no concierge despite the name I don't know why it exists on the hotels.com website. Bed was very small and short Acoustics: non existent. One can hear everything happening outside Really it should not be classified as a hotel but rather just a room for rent

Great Location
Spacious apartment for 3 people with a great location. Very walkable area near lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. It can be noisy at night if you are facing the street (we were), but we were only there for one night and the price and location worked great for our needs! Nick was very helpful with arranging a taxi for our trip to the airport. Access to an elevator and air conditioning was much appreciated for a hot summer visit!

The entrance of the property was in construction, making us a shocking impression and made us hard to carry our luggage. We should be informed about the road construction prior to the accommodation, but the property owner didn’t inform us and it’s really disappointing.

It was an amazing suite at a good price but the music from the bars down the street was extremely loud even with ear plugs. If you want to stay up until 3 am it would be great. If you want to sleep before that it is impossible

difficult to find and getting in was an adventure but thankfully many guests have difficulty getting in so the concerned at the hotel around the corner kindly phoned the front desk person to get the code to get in. Otherwise i would have had to do what the last guest had to do here - stay at that hotel around the corner because he couldn’t get a hold of the person.

Pros: Fantastic location, friendly/accommodating staff, clean, comfortable bed and a good price. Cons: The interior definitely did not look as nice as in the pictures. The furniture was very worn down, the wall deco was kind of creepy, no towel bar or hook in the bathroom (it appears there was one, but it was removed) and garbage can no longer had a pedal, only a wire to step on to open it. Overall the place was empty and didn’t particularly feel homie or welcoming. A few decorations could go a long way. That being said, I still enjoyed my stay. The pros made up for a lot. :)

Great location! Right across the street from a cute area with restaurants and shopping .and walking distance to all the other main shopping flea markets and other restaurants . There are historical places close by too . Even though the tour bus did not pick us up at our hotel the hotel we did meet at was walking distance too. If you do not prefer walking ,taxi’s are all around! Even though not always someone on duty , when I needed something Vladimir was helpful and had it figured out. Your first impression is hard seeing where and how the front of the hotel is but we were quickly pleased with the room size and location, and cleanliness . Enjoy !

Loved the location, the size of the room was fantastic, the service was great. We were met at 11:45pm and showed the room. The gentleman was on time and very kind. The terrace is great and it was so quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location
This hotel is in a perfect location to some wonderful bars and a great shopping district. There are also wonderful street food places really close by! We were in very good communication with concierge hotel days before we stayed, we arrived at awkward times and they told us the information on how to leave our bags in a safe place, which was very helpful. We texted throughout the day to discuss when our room will be ready and what time we can check in, which was also, really helpful. When we arrived, he was very lovely and extremely helpful. We got to our room and we were very pleased, it’s a light and airy space, with a vey practical use. We didn’t spend much time in the room as we weren’t exploring the surrounding area. But when we were in the room it was exactly what we wanted. The room is a unique studio appartment that I would 100% recommend staying in. After being shown our room, the guy told us if we need anything we can always text him and he will give us the best advice or come straight over, which is very reassuring.

What a great location and friendly host! CA II was a fun and spacious studio apartment. Plenty of room for three people and right in the heart of old town. We were able to walk to everything. Would stay there again.

Very dissapointing
The apartment looks very different (much worse) then the pictures on Expedia. The room has an industrial warehouse look and a very persistent smell. The bed sheets were old and stained. The mattress on the bed was very basic, and uncomfortable. No, no, no, and no !

Good location
It is really placed well and you can walk to the most sights in Athens and that is what you want. Lovely welcome by Vladimir and the apartment self was great and clean. Loved it. We only stayed one night. One thing however there is a pub/bat close by, if you are young and like being out till the wee hours of the morning this will not bother you but if you want to go to bed at nine.... best to find another place. But if you are not fussed about noise or if you can tune out your hearing aid..... I would recommend.

We loved everything at Concierge Athens II. Check in experience was innovative, the loft is superb and the location is just perfect. It is too bad we were there only for one night. I would stay there again and book for a few days. Such a great place!

These self catering apartments are nice, but not as nice as the photos make them seem. The bed was comfy and the room big but the shower and bathroom are so tiny and the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower. It is also quite noisy as you can hear other guests coming back to their rooms late at night. The location is good for exploring Athens.

Room is big and well appointed. Facilities are basic and the bars downstairs are noisy til 1am but that was fine for us. Location ideal and staff Super accommodating. Very happy overall and only minor downside was shower curtain meant a slippery bathroom floor.

Great location... walking distance to Acropolis and other historical places. Good food places close by. Book their bigger rooms, smaller rooms have very bad beds. Also be prepared to get scared if you come in night time as our room had a painting with writing "it's a fraud" and having scary books around you. They should remove this two items from room. It's not a hotel, it's more an apartment, so be prepared similar expectations. However owner is very good and very accommodating.

Right In the Centre of Athens
Very easy to follow the entry instructions and staff available immediately on the phone to help us get into the apartment at 2am. Lovely room with excellent shower and hot water. Slightly limited kitchen equipment, but enough for us to self cater a bit. We ate out quite a lot, so it didn't matter. Very comfortable and large bed, spare duvet and pillows as it was a bit chilly in January. Roof terrace for breakfast was lovely. Look forward to coming back.
