my daughter and I came here as a little trip for her to see a concert. The house was nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for both of us and it was in an interesting area of downtown Atlanta. The management team of the loft answered all of my questions and responded to my needs. I will definitely be staying there again when my daughter attends another concert at the variety Playhouse.

Upon our arrival, we were not allowed to unload our vehicle at the entrance. It was very inconvenient because we had several bags. When we entered our room, we noticed of course the dated furniture but in addition to that there was no remote control and the shower/bathroom was disgusting. We spoke to the front desk regarding a remote control for the TV and they stated they will get with maintenance to see if they could locate a remote however we were never notified so therefore we could not use the amenity of a TV. The bathroom was disgusting as it was not clean thoroughly in addition to the cleanliness, the soap dispenser, shampoo, dispenser, and conditioner dispenser were not attached to the wall. They were just sitting in the shower. I also understand that this is close to the Atlanta airport however, $25 a night for parking is absurd especially when you have paid for the room.
