I really felt safe on the property and walking around Atlanta. The police do a great job with that ! Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the parking deck cost $40 per night !!! Way too high !! I was shocked!!

Great experience overall but had a few issues. Room keys would not work on getting in and out of parking garage. Mentioned it at front desk and they kept saying the system hadn't updated yet. The parking garage didn't smell very good (Like a bathroom and weed) We tried multiple floors with no change. Unfortunate but to be expected I guess.

It was a easy stay to The stadium for a concert. The hotel sheets and tub were not clean. The tub was backed up with their plumbing when taking a shower.

I paid for the reservation upfront for two rooms with two queen beds and when I got to the hotel, there was only a reservation for one room. I ended up being put in a handicap room because there was no Vacancies for what I had made reservations for I Did not receive what I paid for. Hilton did not assist me as they said it was your fault 😡

I really enjoyed my time at the location. Ti was very helpful and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The entire staff was extremely friendly. I also enjoyed the restaurant on the 4th floor. I personally would have liked for housekeeping to tidy up my room, but honestly I usually keep a rather clean space so it was fine. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Great hotel. Clean and updated. Short walk to the stadium. However, Expedia did not disclose the $40/day parking fee. We were blindsided by that. It was also not communicated to us via email from the hotel.
