Hyped Description
At best everything was shoddy. Old furniture. Ancient kitchen cabinets from the 70's. Black mould in the bath Broken window in the bedroom. No sea breeze. Chance the bottom sash would fall in. Inadequate quantity of towels Six pillows. Two pillow cases Burned out lights. Overhyped, over priced condo I will send you a complete listing at a later date. Even the name of the owner. VIAGEM - travel gem is a misnomer! We are very very dissatisfied.

Perfect for every need
Everything was great from communication and support from host to property fitting all needs and accuracy of listing. Location was perfect. The only downside was parking.

Never ever stay here
I should have listened to the July review of this property. Refrigerator was broken before we came. I talked to owner to fix this before we even came. He assure it would be but wasn't. It wasn't fixed through our stay. Summer at the beach with just a college mini fridge is not what I paid for. Items at property were poor at best. Towels for example were as good as two paper towels glued together. Great location. Terrible owner. Good attitude got is through the bad situation.

Need more transparency
You need more transparency about lack of parking and lack of fridge. These issues caused increased cost to our vacation. Had to order out for food which I wasn’t planning and had to keep feeding the meter every 4 hours. Still got a ticket for missing it by 20 mins once. And you should include information about cost of beach passes. With no fridge and increased waste from ordering out an extra trash bag and more then 2 towels for 3 people would have been very helpful.

A scam
The refrigerator and toilet seat was broken upon our arrival. Property management sent someone out to fix both, and while trying to fix the fridge, the water line broke, water everywhere and the water had to be shut off. They wouldn't allow us to stay and had no where for us to go instead. All we got was a "sorry" and "you'll get a refund by tomorrow". We had to go home after sitting there from 3pm to 6:45pm. Still waiting on my refund from them!!!! No one has contacted me and I've made several attempts to get in contact with the owner and get my money back. Horrible! Ruined vacation! DO NOT STAY HERE! How could you as an owner of a property not want to make it right and refund someone's money, especially when you ruined their only vacation since 2019, pre-COVID. Disgusting.

Pass on this property ... dirty and highly overrated
I hesitated to travel during COVID19 but the listing said "taking extra measures to ensure hygiene and disinfection of our apartments and only use cleaning supplies approved by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. We always deep clean apartments before and after your stay". Well, that is a lie. The air vents were CAKED with filth, as were the ceiling fan blades. I immediately notified property management and didn't hear a thing from them the entire stay, or from subsequent emails to them. The listing contains other misleading information: "staggering views of the sea " (hardly), "truly gorgeous one-bedroom homestay" (sparsely furnished with inexpensive furniture including a small uncomfortable sofa with stains), "a reading table to use to work from the comfort of your room." (no such table). Not to mention poor instructions on how to access the building (it took several texts to get it figured out); the parking spaces in front of the building are not allowed to be used. All in all, in addition to the cleanliness issue, there were a number of annoyances that put a huge damper on my stay. I would not recommend this property, or any properties owned by this person/company, to anyone.

We have also made sure the check in instructions are clear. Unfortunately we do not offer parking, therefore we do not advertise it on the listing, we are very sorry you were disappointed.
