“We were very pleased with the property. We brought our 25’ center console and was able to maneuver it and park at the dock. Water depth at the dock is around 3-4’ depending on which way the wind is blowing. The water depth varied between 4-5” in the 3 days we were there but was still plenty for the boat. If you desire, modern and upscale, this is not a house for you. If you enjoy classic… You’re gonna love this place. So many wonderful things about this house… A view from every room and every point in the house. Huge screen porch. The house was also spotless… Well cleaned and ready for us. The owner is……

“Quiet, clean, comfortable cottage in the country. Private dock with boat ramp short drive away. Great place for fishing and crabbing. We really enjoyed our stay! ”

“As the description says, it is a unique place. Since this is a former business and the accommodations are set up in there, you don't get a full kitchen, just a coffee maker and toaster oven. It didn't bother us at all, since we weren't going to cook anyway. The aquarium with the fish is gorgeous. Slightly noisy, since the pump has to be running constantly. Not ideal for light sleepers, but it can be fixed with some ear plugs. The location is right across the river, and everything is roughly……
