The listing said enough sleeping for 10 so we each got a bedroom with plenty of space for more if needed. It was chilly at night and the furnace worked quickly & efficiently. We didn’t cook, but did make coffee. There was a pot & filters. We brought our own coffee & creamers. At the time the ice machine was not hooked up in fridge, yet.
