“Great stay overall. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Nice quiet location back off the main street. Michael is a great host. Our only disappointment was the beach. The picture in the listing makes it look nicer than it is. It's about a quarter mile walk (which is disclosed), but when we got there it was mostly grass and very little sand, pretty swampy. Conditions may vary by season, but we ended up driving to the state park public beach instead.”

“This is a very lovely home. We only stayed over night so we didn’t utilize the amenities. The house is very, very clean including the porch area and grounds. We did hear something (most likely a squirrel) in the wall of the upstairs bedroom but it never showed its face and politely kept quiet overnight.”

I will address the stairs..as someone who doesn't do them well, they were built to easily climb, meaning the step up isn't too high, so that was a great plus. And they are nicely wide, width and length. And now for……
