1) check in instructions should be provided beforehand. We arrived after reception office hours and freaked out a bit as it's closed. Called the local numbers but went to answering machine. I saw there was a mobile number and I called there. Good thing it was picked up and advised where the keys was. They could've advised me beforehand how to get the keys in advance.

“We have stayed at plenty of awful budget motels while travelling, but this one was super clean and inviting, staff were incredibly responsive and helpful - when you're exhausted and a little panicked about finding somewhere to rest it means the world when you find a kind and accommodating place to stop!”

“Just on the outskirt of main street and across road from walk along river to the sea. The cabin looks brand new. Everything is spotless. Very comfortable bed, decent shower in bathroom.
