I booked an inner room because I wanted it to be quieter but when I saw the size of the room and without a window it is quite claustrophobic. The representative was very nice and moved me to a room with a window the next day at no cost. Thank you very much.

Great staff, very conscientious. Great breakfast. Elevator was out on our last night so a staff member came, unrequested, to carry our suitcases downstairs for us the next morning. Room was small but very well appointed. Quiet and comfortable. We did note that there were no handrails in the shower for safety of older guests. We would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was wonderful! The staff was also top notch. Oriel especially was very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. The restaurant was wonderful! Even though it was a little inconvenient to get to, we would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Casa prince and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made for a memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Staff was excellent! We arrived very early in the morning, and the receptionist was very kind to let us into our room, which was appreciated after a long flight. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located. Our room was small for a double but we made it work. There's a nice cafe downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Good amenities. The only drawback - shower is not enclosed (a small glass partition), which leaves the floor soaking wet.
