“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. ”

“The room smelled like smoke when we came in and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. It would have been nice to have better pillows and more than just two. There wasn’t any extra towels or wash cloths and we had to buy toilet tissue because there wasn’t only one roll left, for both bathrooms. “This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available.……
