"Bertrams is a lovely place to stay in Warkworth. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. The staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
We stayed in a dog friendly room which was at the front facing the road. The room was really hot due to the great weather but we were unable to have the window open during the night because of the noise from the busy road. We did however have a freestanding fan which was excellent and very much appreciated.

"This was the perfect stay for me, I travel a lot for work solo, and this place was very quiet, comfortable and very secure with electric gates!
you have a Xbox if that's your thing, smart TV, Netflix and Prime, fresh mike for your tea and coffee, Bluetooth speaker, iron, heating at your control and a fan for those summer days!
There is a nice little pub called the white swan down the road that's looks small from the outside, however walk into the restaurant and my first thought was...

"Stunning hotel, clean, comfy was amazing and the river view topped it off which was not expected. Everything you need I will definitely stay here again close to everything "
"We stayed in the Collingwood Suite and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was upstairs as you enter the suite, with the bedroom down the stairs. Stairs lit by small lights, very nice touch. The towels and robes were comfortable. For being a city centre hotel, it was very quiet, we heard no traffic through the night and the bed was cosy and comfortable.
The only negative was that the tea and coffee making facilities are hidden in a cupboard, i initially thought there was no milk as it was hidden in a fridge in a different cupboard, i think this whole set up could be better. Also I dont think the floor had been cleaned properly, there were bits of other peoples rubbish under the dressing table that had missed the bin, there was a straw from a drink on the floor beside the fridge unit, I think that more effort could have been put into ensuring that the room was cleaned to a high standard.
Overall for the price we paid, it was a comfortable night and we would probably stay again. "
"Good:
