“Great property and the neighborhood is amazing.Darla was a super sweet host.”

“Property was okay; it’s an old house; quite a bit of squeaking noise from the floors. Beds could have been better. Pillows were not comfortable at all; replacing them would be better. The price is also high. I’ve stayed in newer homes in major cities and have paid less with much better amenities plus good service. We stayed for 10 days and no one came to clean the house. We were 4 adults; didn’t have enough towels, toiletries etc. Only plus for us was convenience to us closer to places……

“Just as the name, very quaint and comfortable. I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. The inside is cute and cozy, provided silverware, plates, pots and pans, towels, nice air conditioning and even games to play. Everything was clean and communication with the property owner was……

“I would give zeros if possible. One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties. I reached out to the host but he had someone else return my call. There……

“The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
