Aqua Vista is located on the shore of Lake Greenbriar in beautiful Holly Lake Ranch Resort located in East Texas. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a fantastic view of Lake Greenbriar and comes fully equipped to make your vacation one to remember. A private boat dock with screened in boat house comes with 4 kayaks for water fun, including swimming, fishing, and exploring. A sun-room in the main house is perfect for morning coffee and eagle-watching.

Deer roam the property making this the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying nature. Three large screen TVs are located in the family room and bedrooms, and the living room and master bedroom feature romantic fireplace. A large dining table will accommodate your big family gathering.

Weekend Away
The house was perfect for us! We absolutely loved the area! We took a trip to Canton for the afternoon. We enjoyed the hot tub and the relaxed feeling in the house!! The large dining room table was perfect for our puzzle and all our game playing! There were plenty of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. We especially loved pickleball courts at the clubhouse. The restaurant was also very tasty!! Thank you for such a fun weekend!!

Thanksgiving 2023
Family from Tulsa, Colorado, New Orleans, and five cities in Texas gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving at a family farm in Shady Grove, only a 10 minute drive from Holly Lake Ranch. Five Adults, 2 college students, and 2 teens stayed in this perfect house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking traditional Thanksgiving fare that was then taken to the farm for celebration. The dock was perfect for fishing, and the furnishings were truly lovely. Really a great place for our Tulsa clan. Loved watching the sun come up over the lake from the charming sun room, with my morning coffee. Will return again.

Great house on the lake!
We had a wonderful time and plan to come back next year. The boathouse was great, the main house was spacious, clean, and just what we needed for our group. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive too.

We spent time with 46 family members this stay at Lake Holly Resort … wonderful reunion of all ages from 2 to 80 years of age. We rented 4 different homes in the resort. We spent most of the times all together in one central large home owned by a faamily member . Wonderful time !! Ifferent

Relaxing lakeside retreat
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. The home is comfortably appointed, well stocked and beautiful. Each day we enjoyed fishing from the docks and kayaking the lake. When we were not on the lake, we were enjoying the view of the lake and it’s many deer visitors from the sunroom while reading or working. The hosts made communication quick and easy.

The property is just as advertised and presented in the pictures. Enjoyed being on the water as we were able to bring a boat and do some fishing. Very quiet neighborhood. This was our second stay at this property and we will book again.

Beautiful, tranquil and roomy
Loved the sun room overlooking the lake and the separated bedroom levels. Master suite is amazing and the kitchen is well stocked and large. Playground, putt putt and paddle boats on the other side of the community were well used and enjoyed. Great communication with staff also.

Great weekend
Seven teacher friends that enjoy knitting and smocking get together twice a year. This house is our new favorite. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Ample seating in den and large kitchen. Owner and host are easy to communicate with and rapidly reply when needed.

My family enjoyed this place so much. Pictures don't do justice to this house. The house, the neighborhood and the scenery were all top notch. The management team was excellent and even offered to mail us a hoodie my niece forgot. Rent it, you won't regret it!

Holly Lake stay
It was a great place to have our family Christmas get together. Lots of room for all. I had thought there were more beds in the room with the bunk beds so we had to rearrange but we all fit. Because of the cold weather, we didn’t use the fire pit but that’s not your fault. Wish we could have stayed longer but glad we came Manager was always easy to get ahold of if we needed her. The kids had fun at the recreation center of the complex so that was a nice plus. Thanks for the stay!

Wonderful family vacation home
This property was immaculate; kitchen was well equipped; bathrooms came with shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Multi-level home with no grab bars in the shower so would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. It's located on the lake with a beautiful sun room which we renamed the rain room for our stay. Even with the rain, we had a great time being together! It is a great home and wonderful place for families to gather!

Perfect spot for a girls trip!
This property is perfectly situated on the lake with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the firepit, kayaks, hot tub and simply sitting by the lake enjoying the view. The home is well-appointed with everything you need, and has plenty of room to relax. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. The property owner was very communicative with a quick response time to our requests.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. We saw a number of wild deer and bird life while down at the dock just enjoying some time in the sun. We kayaked, swam, and enjoyed ourselves in the hot tub and every part of the property felt well supplied and cared for. I absolutely loved my time here and know that everyone else did too.

Gorgeous House and Stunning views!!
This Lake house was so beautiful and so spacious. The sun room over looking the lake was my favorite. I would sit and enjoy my coffee and just take in the view early in the morning. The kitchen was fully stocked had everything you need to cook. We also enjoyed using the grill. It is so family friendly had tons of dvds and board games. We also enjoyed swimming and using the kayaks. We will definitely be back soon!!

Excellent Property - Perfect Family Fishing Getaway
Excellent property! Beautiful, clean and spacious! Our teens were able to fish from sun up until sundown to their hearts content! Yeah hey enjoyed kayaking for the first time as well. The home was beautiful and provided a nice sanctuary for me while everyone was outside. The dining area was perfect for our Minute-To-Win-It Annual games. Overall, excellent stay and excellent communication from owners! We will be back!

Wonderful lake retreat
We had such a great time! This property has awesome lake access and fantastic interior with tons of amenities and charm. The only complaint we had is that the slope/incline from the house to the lake is very steep. It was still lovely, just a more intense trek than we'd imagined. The kayaks that can be used are in great condition and the lake is perfect for exploring via kayak! The lake was also really comfortable temperature for swimming. We had a couple of reasons/needs to reach out to the manager of the property, who was beyond helpful and kind. Great place. Totally would stay there again!

Perfect Family Vacation
This was the perfect place for our family this summer! Holly Lake Ranch offers so many amazing amenities. We rented golf carts which were a relaxing way to cruise around the neighborhood, watch for deer, and go to the pool when we wanted. The house had two great docks for fishing, one of which had a screened area with a fan for the Texas heat. What a thoughtful touch! When it was just too hot to be out, we didn't feel like we were cut off from being on the lake as the view from the kitchen and sunroom were amazing!!! Our grown ups sat and visited while watching deer, birds, and the occasional jumping fish. Meanwhile the kids enjoyed playing games or watching movies. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for cooking all of our meals, with room for many cooks. We did have one or two situations crop up that required us to contact the manager for repairs. Everyone in our group was so impressed with how quickly, and kindly, the manager and owners were able to get things fixed. It was very obvious that their guests' comfort and vacation enjoyment was a priority. Their personal touches turned a good trip into a great vacation. Thank you Lisa, Jeff, and Alisha for everything!!
