Excellent stay - prime location, steps to the beach! The resort is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The view was great and it’s right on the beach. The waterslides were NOT open for spring break, just on weekends. Having water slides all week was one of the reasons we chose this resort specifically and we were disappointed. Not a lot of dining options but the ones that were there were really good. Enjoyed the free mini golf course and free pier access. Seemed like at less half the days there was an elevator out of service for an hour or two so sometimes we had to walk around to alternating ones. Very limited towels at the pool, but housekeeping didn’t take the ones we had in our room from the night before when they cleaned the room, so that is likely contributing. The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.

The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.

We were on the 18th floor with a beach front view. It was spectacular!
