“Clean, welcoming, organized. Kitchen well stocked. Coffee and treats supplied. The windows and skylights and wall of open garage-style door which may open and close to outside sitting area wonderful. We all enjoyed the nature path to the walking trails and park. We will be back again!”

The home is FULLY stocked from kitchen to bathrooms to outdoor fun - the only thing we needed to bring was food and drinks. Theresa provided spot on directions to the house as well as easy entry and even has gone the extra touch providing fresh flowers and a reliable wifi throughout with a home networking mesh system. The backyard toys, hot tub, firepit, bird feeders, corn and hummingbird feeder made for a relaxing...

“The property is very scenic. The home is quite large with 2 bedrooms and baths on separate ends of the house. Plenty of room to gather in the kitchen , den, living room and music room. The property is dated but very well appointed. 8 adults 4 children 9-12 everyone had room to spread out and do their thing. We enjoyed it !!!! ”

“The house is located in a quiet neighborhood approximately 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We really liked having garage access. The thermostat is on a timer and cannot be adjusted which was somewhat inconvenient. The upstairs room gets very warm during the day. We had some insect issues, spiders and palmetto bugs, which is to be expected based on location. The house could use some TLC as there were large cobwebs all around the vaulted ceiling windows and water damage to the ceiling....
