With unobstructed views of the distant mountains, this view can be enjoyed year-round. Amazing Sunset Cabin is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with additional loft sleeping and sleeping on all three levels. Without the hustle and bustle of life surrounding you, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature and the feelings of total relaxation. Come to the North Georgia Mountains and enjoy the Amazing Sunset cabin during its four uniquely different seasons and the views that come with each one. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cartecay Vineyards and 13 minutes from Hillcrest Orchards. All that's missing is you! DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100\. This fee is non refundable. Amazing Sunset cabin is a cozy 2 bedroom (plus sleeping loft), 2 bathroom cabin that can accommodate up to four (4) guests and offers the following: King master bedroom on TERRACE level with 50" flat-screen TV and private bath with walk-in shower Full bedroom on MAIN level with a separate shared bath with tub/shower combo King bed in open loft on UPPER level (no bath on upper level) Cozy living room with rocked wood burning fireplace (only usable Oct 1 - April 1st) and gorgeous mountain views NO dishwasher Washer/Dryer on TERRACE level Gravel Roads Hot tub overlooking mountain vista WIFI STR Host License Number 003030 All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. Self checkin in process was easy and to the point however the instructions haven’t been updated in awhile. There is no gate to enter, simply drive up to the property. Great views of the mountains from the porch and a cute and cozy home. There were a lot of spider webs and old puke on the bed skirt in the master bedroom. Also, the lights outside at the hot tub didn’t work. Great property overall but a few items to address to get this space up to par. It was an adventure getting to the property in a regular car - four-wheel-drive is definitely preferable. Especially in winter. Once inside the biggest plus is certainly the incredible views from both decks. The ever-changing mountain landscape never gets boring and is always spectacular especially during sunsets. So it’s name amazing sunset cabin is certainly well deserved. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub. We were only in the cabin two nights and the second night the cabin lost power for 2 1/2 hours during a rather mild thunderstorm. If that happens with regularity I would consider it a drawback as there was only a couple of flashlights to see us through the darkness. Downstairs master bedroom and bath was excellent. Other bedrooms quite small. Kitchen adequate with lots of plates and cutlery etc. even though no dishwasher. TV sets and AC worked well. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably not for a full week. The cabin is secluded enough that you would think you were the only ones on the mountain, but you really aren't that far from Ellijay or Blue Ridge. It was so quiet at night and the leaves changing colors was so beautiful and as the name says the sunsets are amazing from the back deck. The cabin was very nice as well it's not just for a couple trying to get away from it all, but they have made it where kids can enjoy themselves as well with a nice little game room. We have even decide to look for ourselves a place up there.
