“We had a lovely night at the Inn, perfect for what we needed after 3 days at a music festival! Quiet, beautiful, walking from outside straight into the countryside, a lovely big room and the breakfast hamper was really fab, it all felt very luxurious. ”

“The property is beautifully presented with some really thoughtful finishing touches for guests. The owner is extremely attentive in their communication. The pub is literally a short stagger away though the property remains private and feels like a real little sanctuary. Beautiful countryside surrounds and I thoroughly recommend this cottage.”

“This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay. The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am. Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.”

The food took what was already an excellent stay to another level at both breakfast and dinner with amazing food. The two men running things also strike the perfect balance of friendly, attentive and relaxed to make you feel welcome. When I’m next in the area I’ll definitely be staying again.”
