"Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites."

"This is our second stay at this house and 3rd on Manasota Key in a year. If you are looking for a quiet vacation and perfect spot near Stump Pass I highly recommend this house. On top of that I must say how awesome the host is. My AC went out unfortunately on my first day (Saturday) and was out for 24hrs. "This property was even better than the description. Fred was so accommodating with checking in and any questions we had throughout our stay. The place was very clean and so nicely stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The pools were nice. There was no aggravating clean up to do prior to checking out. Would definitely return next time we are in the area!"

"This is not a very large unit, but it is in great condition. I think it’s perfect for two adults, but I’d be hesitant to put many more people in there. I got the impression that most of the appliances are brand new, and I know that the sofa is. I had a little bit of trouble with the Wi-Fi password and with one of the electric blinds, but they were rapidly fixed by the property manager. He was very responsive ! The unit is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it’s an end...

"It was the perfect place to stay. Ideally located near Ft Myers beach and Sanibel Island. The owner was easily to contact for any questions. The property was as listed. I did find extra things there, so I asked the owner about that and she clarified it. So I left a good new cooler for others to use while they are there. It’s good to have items to borrow and not have to transport home. Thank you for your hospitality."
