“Our group was three women ages 55 to 84 and a 20 month old toddler. Mostly a very positive experience, but it would have been nice to have sliding glass door blinds or draperies for privacy in the living room, as it faced the main house. Also there were a lot of loose cords and cables in the living room which were enticing to a toddler. Except for the stairs which were difficult for the 84 year old and toddler, we would definitely consider returning here.”

“Our host James was friendly and available promptly if needed. He was never intrusive or nagging as some hosts can be. James has organized details of home and area information to make your stay pleasant and worry free. Garage parking, 7 beds, lovely pool with entrance ramp, spacious fishing dock with ramp for easy walking and accessibility. Our group caught tilapia, sheepshead, gar, carp. “This property is located in an ideal location. It is walkable to the beach and restaurants, and still seems very private.. the house was large open and comfortable. We had a great time in the pool. It’s not a very large pool, but it fit our entire family and we had a great time and used the barbecue. A beautiful bonus to the property is an osprey nest just outside the second floor we watched the parents feed the chicks nonstop during our stay and we were overjoyed. We will definitely come back.”

“This house was beautiful and you felt that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated! We lived by the pool most of our stay. You could literally get to any shopping, food, etc within 10 minutes. We actually looked at homes on our visit as we will be moving in the next year or so and this house is definitely something we could see ourselves in!”
