“Fabulous property”

“Patrizia was a wonderful hostess with very clear instructions about our meet up and the apartment. She was very patient despite the language barrier and used Google Translate to make sure we understood her answers to our many questions. The apartment was very clean and well stocked for kitchen use, which we didn’t take advantage of since we only stayed one night. The bed was firm and comfortable, perfect for our first night sleep in Italy. We had a wonderful stay!”

“What an incredible apartment. When I video called my daughter-in-law, she asked if we were staying in a castle. It is beautiful, not to mention the surprise under the glass inthe dining area. I just can't say enough about 5he apartment, the location and the helpfulness of 5he host even while on crutches. Feel better Francesco.”

“Spectacular 200 year old stone building with an amazing view. Beautiful well equipped and spacious apartment. The only issue was we are travelling by bicycle and the road up to the accommodation was greater than 12% grade and all gravel. Very difficult to get to. For other cyclists know ahead of time that you have a significant uphill push but worth it when you get to the top.”

“Host Perfetta!Macchinetta del caffè con le capsule, lavatrice e detersivo a disposizione. Quei piccoli dettagli che rendono tutto molto più speciale.Grazie”

There were narrow stairs to climb and go down but there were handrails. My husband and I just turned 80 and mobile. We just took……

“Wonderful location with a large apartment and kitchen. Thanlks”

“We needed a place to stay that was convenient to return our rental car as well as catch the train to Rome and this place delivered. It was easy to find and check in to. It was clean, well appointed and practically brand new. There is a small grocery store and a few restaurants near by. We also found a bus up to the top of Orvieto conveniently located a block away. That allowed us to go explore a bit before returning home, getting a good nights sleep and walking to the train station. If you’re……
