“We loved our balcony view over Canal St. We had two towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper which we adequately to our 2 day stay! The room was very nice and loved that there was a kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home.”

“Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane.”

“Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.”

“We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. The apartment was clean well stocked and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again”

“Stayed here with my sisters and we loved the place. First time in New Orleans and this location did not disappoint. Nice place to come back and relax after being in the bustle of the city. Clean rooms and very spacious. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch!”

“Adorable little shotgun house in a quiet neighborhood! Spacious rooms, high ceilings, full kitchen with dining table, laundry room, covered front porch, and even a secluded little back yard. They even had a dog crate and a couple dog bowls in one of the rooms. Lots of extra blankets and towels, too. “If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. We ended up showing up to the home at 245pm first thing was the door was UNLOCKED. We walk up a massive staircase to the home which had trash everywhere, broken floorboards, sheets with green mildew looking stains, glass...

“The apartment was just advertised. Host was easily accessible and gave clear instructions plus excursion suggestions.Steps are steep and ceiling a little low in places, but very clean. Located close to tourist attractions, but the neighborhood was questionable. We parked in a nearby garage. Felt comfortable sleeping since gated. Overall, enjoyed our stay before our cruise.”

“Pros: Lugar muy amplio y céntrico, departamento muy equipado, a 20 min de bourbon st. Contras: si son mas de dos personas, el agua caliente no es suficiente, por si te quieres dar un buen baño.. será con agua helada. Indican que se puede pedir un check out extendido pero no te da opcion la liga. Asi que la salida es si o si a las 11 am. Ni pagando extra, adicional que los ventiladores de techo y la luz se prenden continuamente sin control, en la madrugada te pueden sacar un buen susto.”
