“My friends and I had a great stay. Love the house and it’s in a really good location; close to most everything but far enough away from the busyness of Branson to where it’s quiet and restful. We had everything we needed and the home is clean and very well maintained. The host communicated well. It was our 2nd visit here and would absolutely go back. ”

“Villa was nice and it had ample space, all necessary items were provided, and Pointe Royale is our favorite area to stay while visiting. Only issue was downstairs tv’s we could only get to turn on, but none of the remotes would let us access the apps so the kids could not watch anything on the tv, they worked with on/off button only, so don’t think it was a battery issue. Also, I had to contact host on when we would receive our check-in information, which we received just a few hours before...

“Very clean, updated and well stocked. Aspen was responsive to emails and helpful. Excellent location. Reserved parking was especially nice. Once parked, walk around to the left of the building and up the stairs. Digital keypad is convenient - just be aware once inside to make sure door is locked. It took me a minute to confirm it was locked bc door opens from the inside whether it’s locked or not. Will definitely return! ”

“The place was so attractive and cozy. We loved it! Was just perfect. I do think a couple of hints on finding the place would be very helpful. We tried two map apps and they were all mixed up. Some streets change names as you cross an intersection. I get that it’s a very old area. We live where the apps don’t guide people correctly either and I’m always warning people. ”
