“Beautiful, peaceful location! My mother and I enjoyed this place so much that we only left the house once to go into town for 4th of July fireworks. It was breezy and cool up on the mountain, a refreshing break from the summer heat. We spent most of our time sitting outside on the deck, enjoying the incredible view. “This beautiful cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway. The screened in back porch provides a beautiful view of the river. We saw many birds and bunnies during our stay. The house was very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a nice grocery store very close by as well. I plan to stay again next time I am in the area. ”

“The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return.”

“House was spotless, comfortable, in a great location - family was able to walk up to the river walk in the mornings and literal minutes from downtown for dinner / shopping. We didn’t take advantage of it, but property is across the street from an indoor pool for a rainy day activity. The driveway could he a bit tricky - we found it best to drive past, and back into; but past that zero complaints, would 100% stay again. ”
