Independent duplex apartment, built under the roofs of a country house on the heights of Briançon. Located 4min by car from the ski slopes, and 5min from downtown Briançon Independent entrance, close to hiking trails. Outdoor area, parking possibility.

On the 1st floor:
1 entrance; 1 small bedroom with 1 single bed + a 2 people mezzanine; 1 bathroom WC + Italian shower.

On the Top floor:
Open living area of 25m2 - living / dining room / kitchen; 1 double bedroom, 1 WC. Very bright room, Mountain view.

Equipment:
Oven, coffee machine, vitroceramic hob, dishwasher, TV, hair dryer.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2017.
