It was handy to town but needed an up-grade from 1970.Tub chairs were soiled and shower had mould in grout. However, it was cheap and cheerful for a overnight stay.

Lovely little inn while on the road, this was actually a return visit! Unfortunately the bedsheets smelled and the plastic handles from the electric blankets dug into our backs as we lay

We realize it's an older (and dog friendly) property and a lot of the décor is still from the late 70's or early 80's, which is fine. Our room had quite a few spider webs and the toilet was right in front of the shower door, which made getting in and out a bit awkward. But it was quiet and the pool was pleasant. Loved all the trees around the property.

Relaxing family environment, awesome place to stay with young families if you don't want to pitch a tent. All accommodation centres around the pool area, making it super inviting.

Heater not working and Tv not working - decor very outdated and old Shower head broken. Terrible night stay. Also annoyed that it was advertised in US dollars when I’m in Aus. Would never have paid that much for the room for one night.

Fail to deliver - over rated
The first impression was good - large clean well equiped room. However, the evening and morning were disappointing. Wifi was slow slow slow, to the point where it kept dropping out. In the morning, the hot water was abysmal - no need to add cold water to luke warm not hot water. Went to breakfast at 8.30 (open until 9.00 am) to be told that breakfast had finished and the kitchen was closed. Admitted they were getting someone out to look at the hot water sometime. No comment re wifi. And little apology for the closed breakfast - explained away by saying a group had finished so they closed up. In all, a not very good experience.

Rundown and no service from staff - no one on the property. New hot water services were being installed- no hot water for a shower No warning of this. Sent an email to the property requesting some sort of refund . No response

Because this Motor Inn accepted dogs we were delighted to take our Cavoodle with us for our short trip to Bright. Nick was there to welcome us on arrival during the afternoon. People if they plan to stay here need to appreciate that this motor inn was probably built in the 60s so it is not 5 star accommodation. The bed was very comfortable, TV reception was good, the place was very clean. However you had to accept that there might be the odd cracked tile on the bathroom floor. Would recommend especially if you have a pooch. The colours in the trees were divine so very glad we visited when we did. Thanks Nick.

Pros: rail trail is just across the road, hotel is a few blocks from town centre so its quiet and you can get away from all the people who flock to town on weekends, also has big rooms. Cons: bed was pretty ordinary and was just made of foam so didnt make for good sleep, low water pressure and not enough hot water for a decent shower.

I loved the big spacious bedroom with a very comfortable bed.The location was ideal and within walking distance to the town centre , restaurants and the river.We were visiting Bright over the Easter weekend so no room services were available,but we were left with extra towels, toiletries etc

Situated on the main road in Bright, is the motel surrounded by greenery. Very clean and well maintained. A coffee table and few extra cutlery and crockery would be most helpful. We enjoyed our four days stay very much

Location and surrounds were lovely and quiet but further from main town centre than I realised. Disappointing that reception was closed upon our arrival and again on departure. I wished to inform them of the uncomfortable bed as both my husband and I had to stop rolling into the centre of the bed all night, possibly needs a new mattress?

The property was well located next to the Canyon Walking Track and river with an easy bike ride into the town centre. It was also well located for the Rail Trail. Due to Covid-19 restrictions (understandable) the room was not serviced during our stay however new towels and amenities were given on request at reception.

Motel needs updating and we had a dog next to us that barked frequently which we didn’t expect at a motel and was annoying sometimes, especially when it was barking at us through our glass door.
