Very friendly and welcoming, excellent freshly cooked breakfast included. The room was a good size especially for a single, very comfortable, perfectly clean and well maintained. Location is excellent, only a short walk to the beach or to the lanes, with plenty of options for food in the area. Had a lovely stay. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed in the room before on previous visits it was the same looked like new! Interesting pictures on the walls with the Brighton feel to it. My room and en-suite were in great condition, coffee was good at breakfast too! Everything went smoothly and I particularly like the full size mirror and the large mirror in the bathroom too.

Great location close to beach and main pier but also on the edge of Kemptown. AC in the top room was very much appreciated during the heatwave. Very nice touches of having enough water and little chocolates in the room, and ice available from the kitchen and fruit in the dining area all day.
