"We found everything clean. Great breakfast. Eggs,sausage, biscuits& gravy, bread, bagels cream cheese , jelly. Make your own waffle, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Internet fine. Not more than 2 miles for several restraunts. Closer by was culvers and Arbys. Bed A little soft but slept fine."

"I have been renting from Anthony for10 years at more than one of his properties. My family has been more than impressed with every aspect of our stay. From his communication leading up to, during and after, to the continual year over year investments and improvements to his properties, he is a 5-Star owner. I would highly recommend renting from him. Let me state it simply. The week we go every year was taken for 2026. Since our parents have passed, it is now me and my three older sisters, children and grandchildren. When we started considering alternative houses my eldest sister said it best “we do not want to rent from anyone but Anthony”. "

"This is our second year at this property and one of our favorites on the lake! Plenty of space for two families and the kitchen has almost everything you need. We love the large island for hanging out at night. The dock is probably our most favorite part...slide, diving platform, relaxing chairs, kayaks...all the stuff you need. We hope to go back next year!!"

"This property is exactly as pictured…and does not disappoint! We stayed with 16 ppl, my parents in their 70’s, 4 adults in our 40s and 10 “kids” ranging from 21-13. We would highly recommend this property. The game room was a high hit with everyone- and we spent so much time enjoying the outdoor space and the lake itself. This home is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need- a full size freezer in the laundry pantry area- large fridge plus a stand up refrigerator freezer in the game room/ we had so much space for everything we brought! Communication with management was a breeze and every question we had was answered very quickly when planning our trip. We had the perfect lake vacation at this beautiful home! You won’t go wrong booking the Brownstone!"

"This is the best place to stay with extended family or friends! We had 15 people staying with us this week and had the absolute best time! The lighthouse has all the amenities you would ever want! We have stayed at many other properties and this place went above and beyond our expectations! Game room, movie theater room, multiple bars, pool, hot tub, mini golf, outdoor fire place, so much seating, floats for the lake and pool, bags, boat and jet ski to rent right and so many other things right on the property. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone that looking for a place to stay in the Ozarks! Thank you for a great stay and we will be back! "

"House was awesome, dock was a lot of fun. The only thing I have to say that's even remotely in the negative at all was that it seem like there were bugs getting into the house someway. But I'm not sure if that's just because of the area and maybe somebody left a door open or something. But maybe they're just needs to be a pesticide check. But the house was beautiful very comfortable and absolutely would stay here again."

"When we checked in and went to our room, we found that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My wife went to the desk and explained that we have meds that must be refrigerated. The gentleman at the front desk promptly brought one to us. Everything else was great from the start - it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."
