Thanks for your review, but no doubt that my viewpoint is due in this case for a fair assessment of the readers. You mentioned that the house was not ready when you checked-in, and that was actually the case when you arrived at 11:30am, while “official” check-in is as of 14hs. It was my mistake to let you in to drop off your luggage, and then spent time walking you to exchange money, etc. The house was set up perfectly that evening, at your request, while you were having dinner. Six guests stayed instead of the four ones that were meant to stay. You then confirm to us that the house was clean and in good shape. You mentioned that 1 AC did not work properly, and that was actually the case, but the other 4 AC units worked fine and the AC in question was repaired the next day. Regarding the three ants, that was obviously a result of not maintaining clean the floor. Stephen asked for a baby-seat to take it for one week after his stay, and he also took a tea-filter that was returned ten days after the check-out after we asked for it.
