El complejo de condominios frente a la playa está ubicado lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de los condominios de gran altura, pero lo suficientemente cerca de todas las comodidades que Gulf Shores tiene para ofrecer. El complejo es una propiedad de 36 unidades de baja densidad en 2 edificios y ofrece un entorno pintoresco para que usted y su familia disfruten. Contamos con 4 parrillas de carbón, 4 mesas de picnic, un cenador cubierto y acceso privado directo a la playa sin calles transitadas. Nuestra unidad está completamente equipada con ropa de cama, necesidades de cocina, cable, canales a pedido, Wi-Fi inalámbrico protegido y lavadora / secadora. Esta es una UNIDAD PARA NO FUMADORES y NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS. La unidad cuenta con una sala de estar con muebles nuevos que incluyen un sillón reclinable de cuero, un sofá y una silla lateral. Tenemos un televisor de pantalla grande montado en la pared con juegos de mesa para que disfrute su familia. La unidad está equipada con wi-fi gratuito que es lo suficientemente bueno como para transmitir sus programas o películas favoritas de Netflix a través del reproductor de DVD inteligente. En la cocina encontrará todas sus necesidades culinarias. Hay una nevera grande con máquina de hielo, cocina eléctrica, microondas, tostadora y lavavajillas. La cocina está equipada con platos, vasos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes, utensilios para hornear, cafetera, abrelatas, batidora y licuadora. También tenemos accesorios para asar en las parrillas en el espacio común. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una nueva cama king size con tecnología de refrigeración, TV de pantalla plana y cómoda. El dormitorio 2 cuenta con una cama queen con TV de pantalla plana, cómoda y armario. ESTACIONAMIENTO - Los vehículos deben estacionarse en el espacio de estacionamiento designado "405" solamente. El estacionamiento está limitado a 2 vehículos de tamaño regular. CUALQUIER vehículo que sobresalga del balcón está violando el código del condominio. NO SE PERMITE estacionar en ningún otro espacio. Cualquier automóvil estacionado ilegalmente está sujeto a remolque y será responsabilidad financiera exclusiva del propietario del vehículo. (El estacionamiento de desbordamiento NO está disponible) MANTENIMIENTO DEL HOGAR - NO hay servicio de limpieza diario. Si bien la ropa de cama y las toallas de baño están incluidas en la unidad, el servicio de limpieza diario NO está incluido en la tarifa de alquiler. Loved the roomy shower. Steps from the beach which made it so convenient for lunch naps breaks. Minutes from restaurants and shopping. The beach is pretty and not crowded. The proximity to the beach, covered parking and smaller size of the overall facility are just a few of the great things about it. The condo was clean, very well maintained, and a perfect location for the beach and surrounding activities. The beds were so comfy! The kitchen was well stocked. The communication with the owner was wonderful - she even let us check in early because the previous renter had cancelled. This was such a blessing for us and allowed us an extra day at the beach. This beautiful condo is beachfront, super nice and clean. Communication and check in with the host was streamline. As a mom, every turn I made in this condo I thought …wow that is thoughtful! The decor and furniture is beautiful and purposeful. The kitchen is labeled, neat, organized. The appliances were wonderful. It was refreshing to find some staple items stocked in the pantry as well as the bathroom. Just book it! The best condo and host :) ##### Ashley W. It's literally 10 steps from the beach in this quiet and clean community. The property was comfortable and clean containing all the comforts of home. The owner communicated very well and left us with no questions. Parking was awesome with two spaces located directly underneath the property. The area was convenient with stores and restaurants no more than 10 minutes away in all directions. We were able to check in as soon as we got to town and our host was very attentive and added many thoughtful “extras” in the place to make our stay comfortable . You can see gorgeous views just by stepping out the door and beach is just steps away. Couldn’t be a better place to relax and recharge. It was clean, tidy, attractive, and comfy as can be.
