The views are amazing, location was good as well. Not a very nice welcome, it feels as if the staff looking down on certain persons. The room was dirty, and we had notified the reception who promised to clean it, but unfortunately they didn’t care enough. I was happy to reduce my stay from 2 to 1 night. Not coming back.

Great hotel. We stayed 4 nights when we first arrived in Korea. The hotel is just across the bridge from where we went a lot of the time, the fashion street. Great place for shopping, food, drink… it’s also very close to Nampo station to get the metro anywhere in Busan. The hotel itself was great. Very clean, modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. They spoke good English and were able to help with whatever we needed. The hotel also has a cafe which we used a couple of mornings for some coffee and breakfast. A CVS is also part of the hotel which is great. If we return to Busan at some point, La Valse with be on our list of places to stay.

Room views were stunning hotel was clean and spacious nice cafe on the 28th floor had a great time but not a lot of good stuff around the hotel so had to drive out to get food.

I really wish the staff was friendlier towards us. The beds were very comfortable though. Definitely not near any attractions. The mall was walkable.

The view was fantastic the staff were very knowledgeable & friendly would not recommend the breakfast everything was luke warm - coffee - tea - eggs & bacon etc. Would recommend eating out at local places instead.

Hotel is well located and is walking distance from the subway and different bus routes as well as stores and restaurants. Superb views from the rooftop. Comfy room ocean view room with perhaps too many mirrors! Water and single use drip coffee were available each day. We had a croissant one morning but did not otherwise eat at the café or have breakfast there. Front desk and housekeeping staff were nice and at check out the clerk got us a taxi that was there in 3 minutes.

Very comfortable hotel, amazing views, good service and amenities. Shame that there isn't a restaurant or bar that stayed open past 9/9:30pm in the hotel... there isn't much available immediately around the hotel. Maybe a 15-20 minute walk away, but after a long day not ideal.

It's a beautiful hotel and location with a limited transportation. Front desk agent was horrible...I understand the check in time is 3pm which is standard to all hotel industries. We arrived around 12:30 pm to check to see if any rooms are available. GSA kept saying that check in is 3 PM and I accepted an offer to pay an extra to check in eary but she wouldn't acknowleged it meanwhile other guests were arrived late and other GSA checked them in..after all, we had to go another GSA who checked us in ??

This hotel is close to Nampo district where you can visit Jagalshi Fish Market, Lotte Mall, Busan Tower and eat at many restaurants. The view from our corner room was absolutely beautiful, more stunning in the evening.

The room and view was great! but the service was bit 'Meh' like we asked for iron said yep would send one up but 20 mins later still no so called again and said okay will chase up on that. 30 mins later still no so called again and they said they ran out of irons if they had said that one our first call i would have been like okay just try again tomorrow. The check in was bit slow as well and the lifts can be slow if its busy. Otherwise the hotel is nice. Its also probably not the most convenient but its okay.

We had booked an ocean view room, which was just as expected and looked exactly like the oics shown when booking online. However the only downside is the bathroom which felt very cramped as the shower and toiket had a divide inbetween and the sink was outside the bathroom. Overall would definitely recommend 👌

Modern and clean. It had a great ocean view. We were on the 22nd floor and selected the ocean view option. There's a coin laundry on the 4th floor with washer and dryer. We used it as a base to visit the Gamcheon Cultural Village, Beomso temple and nearby fortress, temple clinging to ocean cliff, Blue line Sky Park, cable car at songdo, Jagalchi market, andcLotte dept store.

Great staff. Well located with easy access to Nampo district (Jagalshi Fish Market, Lotte Mall, Busan Tower and literally hundreds of restaurants) as well as subway line number 1 to and from Busan Station, just across the Yeongdo bridge (a short 10 min walk from the hotel in total). Also a stone throw away from Momos Coffee just down the street in the harbor (a must see). Easy access to cultural villages, beautiful coastal walks and the Taejongdae park located at the southern tip of the peninsula by use of the green or blue city buses. Beautiful views of the harbor, city skyline and bridges, day or night, either from ocean view rooms (pick if you can) or from the rooftop observatory (don't miss). Clean, modern rooms. Only downside: Breakfast and dining choices on-site are very limited. Breakfast buffet is unfortunately shy on western style breakfast items and alternatives on this side of the bridge are few and away. Plan instead to visit one of the numerous cafes located across the bridge or the amazing Lotte Mall foodcourt.

It’s not the most convenient. It’s close to busan station, so easy to get to after KTX train from Seoul. But far from everything else. Have to know the public transport system well to get to places.

The pictures do not match the property, it is outdated and not 4.2/5. Breakfast was served from paper mugs, we did not go to the breakfast next morning cause it wasn’t worth the money, and the sky bar looked like schools’ diner. Windows were so dirty that you couldn’t take a picture. The room was not cleaned well, dirty fingerprints on surfaces, stain on the sheet.

Location of the hotel was good but was not happy with the hotel. The rooms were very small and claustrophobic, so the hotel have installed large mirrors everywhere around the room. And the toilet was installed in the shower. This was new and strange experience for me.
