“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“Beautiful resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We were upgraded to a suite near the pool over looking the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. Food at the pool and room service were very good, especially for an all inclusive resort. Hotel gym was large and well appointed.
When planning restaurants there are great options at the hotel and at nearby Pueblo Bonito properties and golf course. We booked Fellinis which as at a sister property 30 mins away.……
