This immaculate two-level apartment offers the ultimate beachside escape. With open-plan living areas and breathtaking ocean views, it's the perfect space to rest and reset.
Sleep soundly with the rhythm of the sea. This beautifully designed 2-storey apartment is just one street back from a serene, well-equipped beach in the Cairns area. The light-filled living area, with high ceilings and large glass louvre windows, leads to an outdoor balcony embracing ocean breezes and leafy vistas.
Downstairs features two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The master offers a queen bed, a walk-in robe, an ensuite with a spa bath, and a private ocean-view balcony. The second bedroom has twin or king bed options (convertible to a king), ocean views, and access to a study/office space. Additional highlights include a second bathroom, a washing machine, and complimentary cleaning products.
Outdoors, enjoy a pool, entertainment deck, and undercover dining, all surrounded by tropical gardens. The property offers secure, undercover parking for one vehicle and free street parking. This boutique complex of seven apartments sits between Trinity Beach and Earl Hill Conservation Park, with scenic walking tracks.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
