“Easy check in”

“holiday Inn is first choice when we travel.”

“Friendly staff, cleanliness, and lots of parking.”

“Very lovely property with nice sized and clean rooms. Check out was noon, which is also a nice luxury. Staff were friendly, but slightly reserved. Location was excellent for us as we were golfing the Robert Trent Jones Trail courses at Ross Bridge and Oxmoor Valley - both only about 20 minutes away. Also, the hotel was right next to a commercial area, so several nice restaurants and shoppes were within a 5 minute walk.”

“10/10”

“I didn't like that the rooms were not that clean. I stayed there 9 nights and only once was my bed sheets changed. I was out of towels, toilet paper, and trash bags for the trash cans. Had to go to the office twice to get trash bags. Had to take out my own trash and clean my room. I'm actually going back to work in that area soon and I am definitely getting a different hotel with better prices and better service. You would think as much as they charge you to stay, there would be better service.”
