“This house is beautiful! It’s very clean, and just as described in the listing. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and also in walking distance to several restaurants. Outside has the perfect set up with the pool, hot tub & bar area. We spent lots of time out there. This is the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed at. So many pool toys, beach wagon, beach towels, etc. The owners literally thought of everything! I spoke to Jeff a few times, and he was always quick to respond and helpful. He asked for……

“We didn’t stay in the condo that was booked because my husband is in a wheelchair and it didn’t have an elevator. However Tim provided us another property that he owned that was perfect.”

“When we arrived the cleaning lady was there. The code to the door did not work. She was very instrumental in getting a new code. It’s a duplex so neighbors can be an issue. First set were awesome, second set (no fault of their own) we could hear doors shutting very late. Needs more seating in the tv room. Only one couch. No broom for sweeping up the sand, had to buy one. Left it there for the next visitors. Bathroom toilet developed a leak from around the base. Leaked into the closet in the……

“The property is even better than it looks in the listing. My family who stayed with us were in awe of the spectacular views and they live in PC. Everything was impeccable. Everything you could want for a perfect stay. There's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. We loved watching the many pelicans, egrets, seagulls and blue heron not to mention the jumping fish. I know if we go for another stay, we will definitely request The Pearl.
