The owner was quick to respond to a few questions I had for him. I would definitely return once I go back to Florida. "You are stating in a split house with the owners right next door. There are step up levels and I brushed the bottom of my foot because there’s no transition strip to the four inch step down and it’s sharp. They say no pets, and no children but yet there are dogs and a gray cat running all over. They are backed up to you so you feel as if you are walking on egg shells. The internet didn’t work, there’s no kitchen, so you’re better off just booking a hotel room that allows kids. I booked this last...

"Everything was amazing! All the switches and cabinets had labels so it was super easy to find everything! She had anything you might need for a beach day readily available and the overall experience was great! Will definitely be staying here again! And also her communication throughout the trip was amazing as well. Super helpful with anything we needed during our trip! "
