“Property manager really good guy ”

“Nelson and Miguel were very responsive. We had a few issues but everything was resolved in a timely manner. The house is in the mountains. Very close to stores within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bakery on the up the road about an 2 minute drive that had the best fresh baked bread and pastries. Our neighbors had a cow which was nice to see in the mornings. The views from the back balcony are breath taking. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 16. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the layout of the four private units—three suites downstairs and one large unit upstairs—worked perfectly for our group. The private pool was clean, with a nice shallow end for toddlers, and the property’s location right on the beach made it feel like our own private paradise.We loved the gorgeous ocean and mountain views, the abundance of pool and beach toys, and the……

“Very beautiful ”

“Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.”

“Before our stay, I had concerns about a negative review that I saw on Google Maps so I reached out to the host. The owners (husband and wife) called me personally to discuss and explain this negative review. They addressed all concerns and texted additional photos and videos. Everything they said turned out to be true and the property was great. The house is centrally located between Old San Juan and Crash Boat Beach which I highly recommend visiting both (1 hour drive). “2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. We spent some time at the river, we visited the Adjuntas plaza, we had coffee at Deleite, we visited El Campo es Lena and visited a coffee plantation Jacana. We give this place a 10/10.”

“The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. ”
