“We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!”

“This property was perfect for exploring the area and participating in a local cycling event! The cottage is clean and comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with tools for making meals; and the location was very, very quiet. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful; I am only sorry that, because of my schedule, we never got to meet in person. :) I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. “This is one of the best places that I have ever stayed; the rooms are clean with tons of character. I love the style and the history of the place. There is a yard with a large outdoor kitchen and other fun games and stuff. Great for the kiddos! I'd like to find a reason to go back to the area just so that I can stay at this place again! And the American River is just right down the road (if you don't mind driving a gravel road). Love it and would definitely recommend! ”
