Disappointed with this “boutique” hotel. Location on the river was beautiful and the decor of the hotel was very well curated. Valet staff and bellman were friendly and very efficient. Everyone else we encountered seemed to be bothered when asked a question or performing their basic job duties. One even mentioned that they were busy and I suspect that was the case with a Baylor University function on site. However, from the front desk to Ambler staff to room service most encounters were off putting. Nothing horrible, just not pleasant. Would not recommend and will not return. Too many options with better customer service.
