"I was charged 145 for the room. Someone came in off the street behind me and asked for a room for the night. He replied 94as I walked off! Asked someone the next morning 2 people also walking to the ferry and they paid 105! Profiteering!"

"Nice view of the sea but by next year to be blocked by the building of new holiday homes. Ideal for two but not comfy for sitting indoors in the evening when the weather is cold. The double bed is small and for us, uncomfortable. Kitchen equipment and crockery was good except for the lack of sharp knives making food preparation difficult. "Excellent location but property in need of updating and we had problems with both showers, one of which became unusable. Situation regarding linen was unclear, and when we did obtain some at extra charge, it didn’t fit the duvet provided. Directions to the property did not include how to access the restricted area where it is located, which is protected by bollards. However, lovely area with plenty of local walks and easy access to restaurants."
