Short stay

I did not give this property a 5 star review for several reasons. The bunk beds did not have a ladder. The freezer does not quite close completely, so it has a ton of ice buildup. It makes it very had to open and ice goes everywhere when you finally do get it open. Ended up just not really using it because there was so much cleanup everytime we opened it. The ourdoor area was nice, but there isnt enough lighting to use parts of it after dark.

Great Location

I wanted to do some fly fishing on the Guadalupe River. It was my first time to the river. I found this property to be in a perfect location for this activity. The house was very nice and comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

Brought my girlfriend to New Braunfels for her birthday and Copper Canyon was a perfect location for a week of tubing the Guadalupe and concerts at Gruene Hall. The house is only minutes from river access, Gruene, and New Braunfels while being secluded enough to be quiet at the end of a busy day. The house was very clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The back yard features a large deck with outdoor ceiling fans, a horseshoe pit, and a grill for outdoor cooking.

Jus what was needed

We were visiting family and friends in the area, and this place was the perfect launching spot to all the local attractions. The local restaurant recommendations were nice as well, and we definitely took advantage of that. We would consider this place again if staying the area -- especially for enjoying the backyard in the morning with a cup of coffee (or tea).

Nice house, great location

The house was fabulous. 5 of us stayed there for the weekend. We grilled outside and also cooked inside as well. The beds were extremely comfy. It was 10 minutes from the river & Whitewater Amphitheater. Definitely would stay there again.
