A lovely condo in the Royal Mansions Resort is conveniently located near Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Seaworld, Universal Studios, the Space Center, and Orlando. It offers private beach access with fewer crowds and accommodations for up to four people. The condo features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, WIFI, cable TV, a community hot tub, and heated pool. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, tours, paddleboarding, and deep-sea fishing.

The condo showcases stunning ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and the dining room's sliding doors. The recently upgraded kitchen includes quartz countertops, updated cabinetry, luxury vinyl flooring, and all the cookware and tableware needed for home cooking. The bathroom features a new quartz vanity, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, both can be used simultaneously. Nice beach getaway

We stayed an extra few days in cape canaveral after a cruise. This was a great place with beach access and a pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

My spouse and I enjoyed our brief vacation at this property. Mark provided great instructions for check-in. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. We absolutely loved our stay !

It was the perfect location. You can see the waves and beach from the room. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. There was always parking too! Inside the flat there was everything we could ever need. Clear instructions for Wi-Fi , pool and parking . We did laundry and enjoyed our stay so much ! Thank you so much for everything! We chose this location because it is on the beach and in a quiet area. However when we got there on Sunday, the beach was closed due to dredging, and remained closed for 3 more days. There was heavy equipment on the beach that made loud noises when they were backing up (24-7) and large lights to make it possible to work at night. We requested at $25/day refund from the host. He refused and offered a discount for a future stay which we refused.

The condo was very clean and in an excellent location. Condo area was secure, pool was great, and extremely close to the beach and local restaurants. Having beach chairs and towels was a plus!
