Communication lacking

Location was great very quiet beautiful neighborhood. Burrowing owls a few houses down, a bonus! Lighting in the kitchen for early mornings very poor. Apparently no ability to control house temperature Alexa was supposed to respond to this but did not! Property manager did not respond to concerns in a timely manner at all! They need to beef it up! Otherwise the home was clean, beds were comfortable, nice pool, nice bikes to ride, plenty of room for our chocolate lab to roam.

Great house, location, & view!

Enjoyed our recent stay at this property! The location is perfect — lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, short drive into Ft Myers for even more options on activities. Lots of extra pillows and linens available, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool for hours daily (bonus points for having floats available for use), and took full advantage of the TV on the lanai at night to unwind and catch up on our shows after long days. The view from the back of the property is unbeatable! Loved having morning coffee out on the dock. We only used the master bedroom, so the AC was sufficient there, but would have been warm in the other bedrooms if those were being used as well. AC system is a little noisy, and with my husband being an HVAC Tech, he could clearly see how clogged the filters were, so those are in desperate need of changing and the whole system really in need of a thorough servicing. Living room seating isn’t incredibly comfortable so we didn’t spend much time in there. The burrowing owls a couple of doors down were great to see, we really enjoyed that!While we overall enjoyed our stay, I will remove 1 star because the house really should be a little cleaner than it was. There were obvious blood stains on the sheets, which was quite a turn off, and the lanai/pool area had food and debris brushed under the furniture which was a little gross to see when furniture was moved. If the cleaning was a bit more thorough, the house would easily be 5 stars.

Great Getaway

Quiet neighborhood, great for walking and biking. We were able to bring a boat to the dock. Great heated pool. We will be back!

A lovely Cape Coral canal home

We loved the outside appearance of the home, and the interior was equally lovely. It is modern, with lovely tile flooring, very nice furnishings, an open concept layout and gorgeous lanai and pool area with comfortable seating. The bedrooms are well laid out and very nicely decorated. The bathrooms were modern and attractive. The kitchen lacked nothing in the way of appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, etc. The home is a 10 minute walk from some shopping and restaurants. We loved the nearby pub Finns Seafood and Dive Bar, for great food and has live entertainment on certain nights. Sanibel Island and Naples beach/pier are within an hour. A wonderful vacation! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay! We were amazed at everything your lovely home had! While we never cooked at the home, it def had everything you would need- spices, pots/pans, appliances, grill! We were so comfortable here. Thank you again!

Beautiful and relaxing home on the canal

We had wonderful stay. The house is just as it is pictured and was stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, plenty of towels for both bathing and the pool. The lanai and pool were clean and beautiful. We enjoyed all of our mornings drinking coffee out there! We only used two bedrooms, but both beds were extremely comfortable! It is a quiet neighborhood and very good for morning and afternoon walks. I highly recommend this home and we would certainly stay here again!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed the location and how central it was to a number of activities that we did. The house was beautiful and we felt at home. Nothing beats coffee on the dock and a night swim in the pool. Hope to go back again!!

Well provisioned, good location, nice pool and lanai

We enjoyed our stay. We came to visit family in the area. There were plenty of towels & kitchen ware. We were able to use the boat dock, which was great for our boating fun! The pool and outdoor living space was lovely and comfortable. We had a great visit.

Nice home

We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the mornings and in the evenings. The house is beautiful. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Grocery stores are close by. We would stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

Overall everything was great and we enjoyed are time away from home. The pool is awesome as well as the master shower. There are a few appliances that need to be replaced or fixed but it didn't taint our vacation. Also you can fish off the dock at the house but you probably won't catch anything but catfish. My boys were disappointed but it just made them spend more time in the pool.
